Our experience shows that smaller brands are daunted by this change. Our training focuses this audience with tools & methods that make innovation accessible.
We have developped a model of training for managers on innovation for their stores. The management team of all sides must have the tools to be capable to invent and respond with creative solutions in an autonomous manner. Our training modules are based on this objective.
